  1. What workout program did you follow to get your body back to functioning? I have zero core and don’t want to go crazy. I would love to feel strong and capable again! I’m 5.5 months pp and have been only doing a little yoga here and there. Prefer something catered to post partum. I have the “expecting and empowered” program but I dislike the user interface and the app and how much stuff you need.
